Pile Cap & Plinth Beam Reinforcement Works

We have successfully reached the reinforcement stage for the Pile Caps and Plinth Beams. This critical structural phase involves the intricate tying of heavy-duty steel rebar to secure the column starters to the pile foundations. These beams act as the primary horizontal ties for the building's base, ensuring uniform load distribution and structural stability. All steelwork has been inspected to ensure it meets the required engineering lap lengths and spacing specifications.
